How is UndrDog’s shipping, returns and customer service?

A difference I didn’t know I was missing. I have already ordered more and plan to keep building up my stack until it’s impossible to run out. There is a dryness that comes with breath ability that I honestly didn’t know was missing until I experienced it. The price did cause me to be hesitant but the quality and comfort have definitely been worth my dollar.

I ordered 3 of the Black T-shirts, and I liked them. The have a good shape that makes my "Dad-***" look better. After a few washes, the color has not faded and they have not shrunk. Also, I like the collar. Then I ordered 2 Polo's for me and 2 for my son. I have been pleased with them as well. My son had his on today for school and I thought he looked handsome. Thanks, UndrDog!

I am very happy with my purchase. I had been looking for a well made, comfortable, good looking and chemically clean polo shirt and found it. The fabric has a nice weight, almost no shrinkage with wash and dry and a nice cut and fit. I did have to return my 1st shirt for a larger size as it seems UD shirts run a little smaller than other brands. I only wish there were more colors available to purchase.

New boxes are here! Updating my whole drawer collection. My wife asked if now we can get rid of the ones from when we were dating and Reagan was president . Love the entire UndrDog lineup. I ordered the t-shirts just one of each at first and once I wore them I ordered several of them and couldn’t be happier. They fit great, feel great, and seem like they’re going to hold up very well as they feel extremely well built. I highly recommend giving them a try and bet you’ll be so happy you start replacing your wardrobe as well.

Ordering was good, delivery was good. The concept of no plastics is definitely what I and so many others should be looking for. My only issue is the comfort they are just not as I was hoping. The briefs are really tight in the thighs and seems to pull the waist line down when I bend. The shirts and ok just a different fit than I am used to and kind of heavy and scratchy.

I placed order #UD255618 on August 12 for $200.40. More than a month has passed and my order still shows “preparing these items for shipping.” I have not received a tracking number or a clear shipping update. Please confirm when my complete order will ship and provide the tracking number. If you are unable to ship the order immediately, I am requesting a full refund to my original payment method.

Here is my honest review. The feel of the shirt is fabulous. The fit of the shirt is perfect with one exception. The neck opening is to small. I ordered 3 XL shirts, and again they fit and feel great but the neck opening is to small for me. It gives me the feeling of wearing a neck tie. If it wasn't for that I would give it 5 stars. Unfortunately this will prevent me from ordering any in the future.

Soft. Did shrink dye lots out with hand wash. Shrink from washing in machine. Second order hand washed. Dye a lot in sink. Also tecticules feel hot. And damp. Considered about dye on them. Xl. Probably need to up size. Waist is 38. Not really crazy about them. Will see what happens. Maybe need white ones with no dye. Little concerned now. Any ideas. Rob Haneisen
