Are UndrDog shirts breathable in hot weather?

Yes, and it is one of the strongest themes in the corpus. 1,682 reviews (18.3%) mention breathability, heat or sweat, averaging 4.83 stars against the site-wide 4.66, with only 3.4% at three stars or lower. Airflow is among the least disputed claims UndrDog makes.

The recurring description is that the shirt moves air rather than trapping it, and that sweat does not show through or cling the way it does with polyester athletic shirts.

UndrDog markets this as DuraFlow™, its name for the hemp-bamboo-cotton weave. The reviews do not verify the specific "300% more breathable" figure the brand uses, because no customer review can measure that. At 4.83 stars across 1,682 reviews they do consistently support the underlying claim about airflow.

Overall great, not sure of the purpose of the interior fabric “wings"

Great product. Material is nice but not as soft as some organic blends I’ve worn. Heavy weight fabric is great but feels a little warm in the summer. Mostly wearing for sleep shorts at night when it’s cool. There is a design element I’m not sure about. In the front at “wings” of material. Unless you spend time adjusting, they don’t do anything for me. Prefer a u-shaped pouch for support without the added fabric.

Multi item

I have the underwear, the t-shirt and the polo, I love how the items pull the moisture from you if you go into a cool room you will get cool fast and the items are comfortable to wear. The only issue I have is with the tee shirts is the neck line that’s why I started getting the polo’s for the v in front.

The best Polo I have ever had

This is by far the best Polo shirt I have ever owned. I love them and wear them every day. They breathe and look great. I ordered one size larger because I don't like the snug fit as they suggested and they fit perfectly the way I like to wear them. I will definitely buy more when they get them in Red and Grey.

good t-shirt for real life

These Grey(s) are my second foray into UndrDog. Finally narrowed down my ideal size (M) for a PROPER undershirt fit, under PROPPER work clothes. Still enjoying my previous Large Black T-shirts, outside work in this (90)+ degree summer heat we're "enjoying" in Denver right now. Been awhile since I've enjoyed purposefully dressing. Thanks, UndrDog...

Amazing shirt

Been using my underdog shirt for a few weeks now and even though it’s black the material still keeps me cool, it’s soft to the touch yet so durable, didn’t shrink at all after a few washes stayed the same and fits awesome, definitely gonna get more and maybe try the other color as well

Nice long fit for tall guy (XL)

Great shirt for a tall (6'-4" -216 lbs) person like myself who has a hard time finding shirts that fit. I have the XL and it is plenty long. The material is somewhat thick and feels strong. Not very good for the heat as it holds moisture longer than most tshirts. I like that it's made from hemp and other natural materials though at least. Will probably buy another.

Great material, incosistent fit.

Fantastic material, great in the heat. The 3 white xl shirts I received all fit different. One is perfect, loose but not baggy. One is a little tighter, one is skin tight. I realy wanted to like these and order more but cannot due to the incosistent fit. I was offered a $5 store credit to write this review. It is completely honest.

Sleeves were loose which is never a problem with athletic shirts for me. On top of that, when sweating, the shirt felt more like plastic than synthetic shirts. Was extremely uncomfortable to sweat in. Worse than cotton. Wearing it at the gym actually made me nauseous. Felt like wearing a plastic bag.

Worst shirt I’ve worn in over a decade. Thick and heavy, it feels likw wearing a burlap sack. It felt horrible wearing it inside my house so there is no way I’m wearing it out in the heat of summer. The collar is thin and feminine like a woman’s shirt and the sleeaves fit loose around the arms. It’s like see through version of a cheap Gilden shirt.
